Inaugurating Iranian Ice Pack in Istanbul- Turkey
Inaugurating Ice Pack in Istanbul city of Turkey was unexpectedly welcomed by Turkish people, this welcoming was so great that along queue was formed for buying new and delicious ice creams of Ice Pack.
Istanbul branch of Ice Pack was inaugurated by presence of Mr. Babak Bakhtiari innovator and managing director of Ice Pack Co. – Mr. Iraj Jamshidi chief editor of Asia newspaper and Mr. Shahram Moslemi representative of Ice Pack Co. in Turkey.

Misuse from Iranian Brand of Ice Pack by a Forger English Company
A forger English company was imitating from Iranian successful brand of Ice Pack that is owned by Iran Ice Pack Co. and this company by misusing from name of Ice Pack was established branch that fortunately by on time following up of Iran Ice Pack Co. and judicial activities against persons in charge of English company their activity was stopped. It must be mentioned that this company was introduced itself under name of monopoly agency of Ice Pack Co. in England

Inaugurating 150th Branch of Ice Pack in Baghdad city
By trusting in God and in the way of policies of Ice Pack Co. concerning to developing branches of Ice Pack and in order to have more influence in market of our neighbor countries on date of July 9, 2009 the 150th chain store of Ice Pack was inaugurated in one of the best streets of Baghdad i.e. Alkaradeh Alsharghiyeh that was greatly welcomed by people of Baghdad. At first customers of Ice Pack were surprised by its shape and especially its thick reed but after eating Ice Pack they all smiled and start talking about this mysterious product and were very happy to see that high quality and diverse products of Ice Pack that their quality are as good as first class European products are available in their country.
At present time 150th branch of Ice Pack in Baghdad is secure and exhilarating place for gathering Iraqi youth and families. Based on reports to deputy of developing branches and agencies of Ice Pack Co. there have been great number of requests for establishing Ice Pack agencies and branches in different regions of Baghdad, Kazemein, Najaf Ashraf, Karbala, Basreh, Soleimaneih and Arbil that deputy of developing branches and agencies of Ice Pack Co. is studying and timing for inaugurating other branches.

Ice Pack chain store by offering 5 products (Ice Pack Sandwich, Mac Cotton Candy, Donat, Ice Cream, Pack Cake) had different and successful presence at book fair of this year. Ice Pack did not forget dear children that attended at this year’s fair and allocated some part of its pavilion to face drawing of children to become a memory attendance for them. Elected persons in national festival of innovation and prosperity were acknowledged and glorified on date of Feb 2, 2008 with presence of President simultaneous with inauguration of this festival that was held in Imam Khomeni Public Place of Praying. Delivering Lecture by Managing Director of Ice Pack Co. in Tehran University
Sixth meeting from series of lectures of top entrepreneurs of Iran was held in university of arts with presence of Mr. Babak Bakhtiyari managing director of Ice Pack Co. (national inventor and top entrepreneur of Iran in year 2008).
This meeting was started with lecture of Mr. Babak Bakhtiyari that was welcomed with students. Mr. Bakhtiyari offered some of his experiences and factors of success and then answered to questions of audiences and at the end he submitted tablet of entrepreneurship courses to elected students. It must be mentioned that this meeting was held with assistance of
Ms. Arefniya department manager of entrepreneurship of university of arts and at the end of ceremony guests were served with Ice Pack products.

Selection of Ice Pack as one of the Best 100 Brands of Iran
In the first international festival of selecting best Iranian name and commercial brand that was held on behalf of Houshmand Tadbir Study Group upon request of Central Bank of Islamic Republic of Iran for preparing standards and evaluating criterions of brands, Ice Pack Co. was selected as one of the best 100 brands of Iran. Final selection of best 100 brands of Iran was performed based on forming focus meetings( Focus Group), studying proofs of persons who are selected(like information related to commercial name and brands, education and up to dating, research, development and innovation of customer and observing rights of customer) and also conducting field studies in Tehran.

For the First Time in Iran Central Bank Confirmed with Accepting Brand of Commercial Institutes as Pledge in Banks
Central bank is accepted with brand of commercial institutes as pledge in banks. This plan was first suggested by Houshmand Tadbir Study Group to central bank when Dr. Mazaheri was chairman that he regarded this plan as new and good idea and ordered to establish a working group consisting of Houshmand Tadbir Study Group and experts of central bank for studying and preparing executive solutions. By appointing Dr. Bahmani as chairman of central bank he welcomed this plan and issued required orders for following up present activities. God willing in near future the executive stage of this plan will be started and brand of commercial institutes will be accepted by banks as pledge.

Support from Intellectual Ownership Rights and Criminology in relation to Forging Iranian Brands
A joint meeting with presence of Supreme Prosecutor of Iran Ayatollah Ghorbanali Dori Najafabadi and 20 managers of food industries including Mr. Behrouz Foroutan managing director of Behrouz food industries,
Mr. Babak Bakhtiyari managing director of Ice Pack Co. Mr. Vahid Houshang Nejad managing director of Pars Minou Co. Mr. Reza Chabokrou manager of brand of Safola Behshahr Co. Mr. Ghorbani manager of legal and real estates affairs of Iran Milk Industries Co. brand of Pegah was held.
Ayatollah Ghorbanali Dori Najafabadi by referring to approach of industrial countries in relation to having identification card for goods and registration of brand added: for effective presence and having honorable and competent competition through world we have to bind with obligations of intellectual ownership rights and attempt to organizing brand in Iran. Ayatollah Najafabadi also said it is necessary to prevent from offense to intellectual ownership rights and protecting from Iranian brands. By regarding offense about domain of intellectual rights as instances of forgery we shall identify misuses and prevent anyone for doing such things. He suggested that a special working group with presence of representatives of guild unions shall be established for organizing brand and creating issuing identity card for goods this working group shall recognize legal and executive shortages and try to offer solution. He by insisting on importance of intellectual ownership rights of brand in food industries said: in order to exactly recognize kind and how to behave with crime, producers of food industries can offer their information to education section of judicial units. Supreme prosecutor of Iran by saying that cash punishments that are adapted with related crime shall be specified he added that up to dating cash punishments and in case of necessity using from preventive tools can be used for decreasing crimes of copying brand. He believes that crimes result of forging sign of valid producers is very high and said to producers of this section that for solving problems of this sector in case of necessity a guild union shall be established and shall support from each other.
Mr. Ali Asghar toufigh, economical counselor of supreme prosecutor of Iran by referring to forging sign and marks of valid brands said: lack of legal and intellectual ownership rights of brand of food industries will result in misuse from name, mark and commercial status of owners of brand. At continuation Mr. Babak Bakhtiyari managing director of Ice Pack Brand by insisting on power of brand through world said: now more than 70% of export of U.S. is from selling and added value of brands of food industries like Mac Donald. He by saying that famous brands will increase political power of countries having brand at international level added that now Mac Donald Co. by selling this brand is imposing its power to other countries.
Mr. Bakhtiyari by referring to establishing 150 branch of Ice Pack during 2 years said: establishing this number of branches has created 5 thousands job opportunity in Iran so that Ice Pack Co. has been selected as national entrepreneurship during past countries. He by referring to misuse of some people from this brand under title of Agency of Ice pack in England confirmed that in spite of complain from forger person because of not following up be related prosecutor said that not only the forger person did not treated suitably but also has caused lots of problems for this company.

The opening of the IcePack branch in Kuwait
By the grace of God, On Tuesday the 12th of Shahrivar and on the occasion of the first day
of the holy month of Ramadan, the IcePack branch number 123 was set up in Salemiah Avenue, Kuwait,
which is one of the best and the highest-traffic avenues of Kuwait. The news of the opening
celebrations were spread among people in different parts of Kuwait and the opening was faced
with warmly welcomed by all the people present. Interestingly, despite the presence of strong
brands which were at the same time competitors, IcePack succeeded in attracting the attention
of all people (kids, the youth, and the elderly) since the beginning days of its operation.
This has been due to high quality of IcePack export products and the efforts of its Iranian
founder and strong manages of its branches. We hope, by the grace of God, that we could
expand into other target markets in the year of innovation and flourishment.

Babak Bakhtiari, as the model entrepreneur of the country was ranked first in services sector in Ordibehest of the year 1387 and was elected the model entrepreneur of Tehran in 1386 and received the superior entrepreneur plate from the secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The big IcePack celebration
In Ordibehesht of 1386, a great celebration was held on the occasion of the opening of the hundredth branch with the great athlete of the world, Mr. Hussain Reza zadeh as its concessionaire with more than eight hundred guests comprising representatives of the branches together with their families, Mr. Reza zadeh, and some of the artists of our country, which made the event magnificent.
