Mr. Babak Bakhtiari, born in 1975, Tehran, is the founder and concessionaire of the IcePack chain stores and the managing director of Icapack-e Iranian company. Icepack was his own idea and has no similar in any other country. This complex has been able to set up 130 shops inside and outside the country (118 branches in Iran, 4 branches in Emirates, and 8 branches in other countries mentioned hereunder), which, compared to well known and large chain stores such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, Burger King, etc. has acted much more successfully, as they had only one branch in their first two years, while IcePack has been able to open one branch in every six days within its first two years of operation.

Since the beginning, Mr. Babak Bakhtiary had envisioned to introduce Icepack to the world as the first and the largest Iranian chain store and open IcePack branches throughout the world. Considering the fact that countries such as the United States have been able to impose their exports to other countries by chain and brand systems but Iran has not ever used this method, happily IcePack has been able to include Iran in competition with the world's chain brands and presently by sending all raw materials to its branches in countries such as Emirates, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Venezuela, Syria, England, and Kuwait, has achieved this objective and aims to take a big step to exalt the name of Iran and reinforce Iranian Identity. With such successful a business, it has created over 1700 direct and over 5000 indirect job opportunities, and the figures will still increase. Following this achievement, Mr. Babak Bakhtiari has been recognized as the youngest entrepreneur of the country and it could be said that he is the entrepreneurship phenomenon of Iran, may be due to his being young and his success within a short period of time.
